Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. After your event, return them back to us or arrange for us to pick them up. We'll take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. In most cases the Lights are a White Light, We do have options for other colors so if you have a special request, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accomodate.

Generally Yes, The Letters are Powder Coated for great color and long life. The Lights are water resistant but not waterproof. Like any electrical device they should be unplugged if heavy rain is expected

The Letters are pretty heavy and we do provide some weights to assist them from blowing over. If they are mounted on the grass, we do provide large stakes to hold them down

The Renter is responsible for the security of the letters while in their possesion. We do provide a chain to add some security that should be used. The Renter should check with their Homeowners Insurance policy to determine if you have coverage. Replacement Cost is $500/ Letter

The Lights we use are a robust LED, so failure is rare but occasionaly has happened. We will provide you with a small kit that includes hold down stakes and a few extra bulbs. They easily screw in like any other light bulb.

These letters are Big and will not generally fit in a passenger car or back of an SUV, You should plan for a Pickup Truck. We do provide the Letters in a protective bag for shipping and will help you load and secure them for transport.

Each Letter Set or Marque sign comes with 25ft Extension Cord, Security Cable, Anchor Bags/Spikes, Spare Light Bulbs.

Each Letter set comes with a 25ft extension cord. For Longer distances additional extension cords are available at additional cost.

Delivery and Basic Setup is included within a 15 mile zone from our location on any order exceeding $150. Letters will be placed, staked, and connected. Tables and chairs will be stacked onsite. Delivery outside Delivery zone and additional Setup can be contracted for an added fee.

Cancellation 30 days prior to Reservation Date will be fully refunded. Cancellations 14 days prior to Event will be subject to loss of Deposit and 15% discount on future rental. Cancellations prior to 3 days of Event will result in refund of 20% of Rental Fee and 15% Discount on future rental.
